William C. Lee II, CMA, CMCA, MBA is the General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Community Accounting Partners of FL, PLLC, dba., Capstone CPAs & Advisors. His primary roles as a General Partner within the firm are business development, client relations, and operations including corporate finance. Mr. Lee provides business consultations to condominium and homeowner associations.
Mr. Lee is the President and owner of Orangewood Property Services, LLC (OPS), a firm specializing in Home Watch, maintenance, and storm preparation based in Vero Beach, Florida.
Mr. Lee was the former President of Keystone Property Management Group, a division of Orangewood Property Management, Inc., a property management firm specializing in homeowner, condominium, and co-operative associations throughout Florida with corporate offices in Vero Beach, Florida.
Mr. Lee is the owner and Managing Director of Bay Star Partners, LLC., a former publisher of calendars and consumer periodicals, now focused on mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Lee is the owner and President of Yellow Kid, Inc., a business consultant specializing in business analysis and operational efficiency. Yellow Kid is currently focused on investments in Florida real estate.
Mr. Lee has 30 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and operations. Mr. Lee served as consultant, General Manager, Vice President of Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of ITC Global, Inc, a telecommunication start-up. Prior to ITC, Mr. Lee was Vice President of Retail Sales & Planning for American Media, Inc., a leading magazine publisher. Prior to AMI, Mr. Lee served as Sr. Director of Operations for Source Interlink Companies, a fixture manufacturer and distributor for the retail grocery industry. He has served in various capacities for Globe Marketing Services, Pratt Whitney, and Distribution Services, Inc.
Mr. Lee was also a licensed citrus broker and is the owner/operator of more than 30 residential properties in Florida; independently and through his companies: Yellow Kid, Inc., Tamiami Trail Company, LLC and 33 Miles East Investments, LLC.
