Robert O’Neill has over 30 years of professional experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Management Executive and Consultant. As the Managing Partner, he leads our firm’s professional services practice with expertise developed over a distinguished career.
Robert grew up in Fort Myers, after high school He served in the US Army as a Military Policeman in the 1st Armored Division in Europe then graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with Honors. He began his accounting career while in college, working at General Electric Financial Services. Following his graduation, Robert joined Deloitte, a National Audit and Accounting firm. As Senior Auditor, he honed his skills in auditing and managing audit teams for large companies such as MetLife and Florida based enterprises in the manufacturing and real estate sectors.
Transitioning to the private sector, Robert served as an Operational Financial Accountant and Executive in the private sector, while also consulting with a variety of businesses through his consulting practice, VisionStreet Consulting, Inc. Additionally, Robert was a co-owner of Keystone Property Management based in Vero Beach Florida in which he played a key role in the firm’s growth and success.
Robert is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs and enjoys sports, aviation, history and travel.
